Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service / Telesales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales leads for our US and Canada clients in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and mostly outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Generate sales leads and achieve sales targets

• Update customer information in the database accurately

• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an HND.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
