Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s premium construction materials, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads in the construction and real estate sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company pricing and profit guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure after-sales support and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
