The licensing and Regulatory officer would be responsible for evaluating, processing and issuing licenses for M’Cube to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in Ghana and UK. The Licensing and Regulatory Officer would oversee and manage all licensing processes within the organization. The Licensing Officer must have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, meticulous record-keeping and effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Thus, facilitating smooth operations and compliance with legal standards. Furthermore, the licensing and Regulatory officer will assess applications, conduct inspections and investigations, maintain records, and provide advice to the Organization and stakeholders. Finally, the Licensing and Regulatory Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that all permits and licenses are obtained and renewed in a timely manner whilst enforcing existing laws, contributing to policy updates, ensuring public safety and consumer protection.
