We are a forward-thinking real estate development firm engaged in high-end residential and
commercial projects throughout Ghana. We are seeking an organized and proactive
Administrative Assistant with cashier expertise to support our business team. The successful
candidate will handle a broad range of administrative tasks, financial record-keeping, and
project coordination, acting as a critical link in managing the day-to-day operations of our
leadership team.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant with Cashier experience will provide high-level administrative and
financial support to the entire business team. This role requires strong attention to detail,
proficiency in financial management, and exceptional communication skills. The candidate will
be responsible for managing executive calendars, overseeing budgeting activities, and acting as
a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
o Manage office, executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel
arrangements, and preparing itineraries for business trips and events.
o Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documents, often involving
financial or strategic analysis.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive team, screening calls,
emails, and inquiries, and handling communication on behalf of executives.
Financial Management and Accounting Tasks:o Oversee accounting duties including invoice processing, expense tracking,
budget monitoring, and reconciling accounts.
o Undertake Cashier roles
o Collaborate with the finance team to generate expense reports, review financial
statements, and provide insights for budgeting decisions.
o Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and Ghanaian financial
regulations, facilitating audits as necessary.
Project Coordination and Administrative Support:
o Track project deliverables, deadlines, and milestones, updating executives and
coordinating across departments to ensure timelines are met.
o Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents, ensuring
accessibility and accuracy.
o Prepare internal and external communication materials, such as emails, reports,
and memos, to support project and executive needs.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
o Liaise with clients, vendors, factory team and stakeholders, coordinating
meetings, communications, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
• Required:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related
field from an accredited institution.
o At least 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant role with demonstrated
accounting responsibilities.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
o Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle
confidential information with discretion.
• Preferred Qualifications:
o Certification in accounting or finance
o Background in real estate or construction industries.
o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
